Here is a quick self-reflection exercise you can do to create your future.
- Step 1 – Select one area in your life that you would like to get better results in. Describe what this life area is currently like for you.
- Step 2 – Describe how the quality of your thinking, your emotions, habits or beliefs have impacted the results that you are currently getting in this life area.
- Step 3 – State exactly what you DO WANT to achieve in this specific life area. (Unfortunately, it is easier to state what you do not want or the negatives in life!)
- Step 4 – What’s the very first small step that you must take to start getting closer towards what you DO WANT in this specific life area?
Answer the seven questions below to boost your motivation and personal achievement. Take the first few small steps towards fulfilling the decision you have just made.
